Scott has over 30 years’ experience in the motor industry, having started his profession with Land Rover. After working with the Company for 5 years, Scott had progressed his career within the Sales Department and into group management. During his time within the industry, Scott has worked with some of the premium car manufacturers including BMW and Porsche.
Scott’s main focus has always been to apply a high level of customer satisfaction and improved customer retention. One of his key responsibilities has been to train and develop his Sales Teams during his career, motivating and coaching them to achieve their targets and objectives.
